Spiced parsnip & stilton soup, pumpkin ravioli, croutons

Cornish crayfish & smoked salmon cocktail, crispy crab-cake and prawn mousse

Pan-fried wild mushrooms, finished with garlic, rosemary, marsala & cream, on toasted brioche, with parmesan croquette

Baked goats cheese, rocket, red onion jam, black olive pesto, balsamic caramel

Juniper’s pork & pigeon terrine, homemade piccalilli, Cumberland sauce, fried bread

 

Mains 

Braised brisket of Somerset beef, buttery horseradish mash, smoked red pepper & stilton stuffing

Breast of Quantock Duck, braised red cabbage, crispy duck leg & potato hash, sticky ‘a l’orange’ reduction

Breast of free-range chicken, with a rich turkey & cranberry stuffing, potatoes dauphinoise, tarragon & chestnut jus

Tenderloin of "Gloucester old spot" pork, black pudding, bubble & squeak cake, apple & shallot puree, and a pork reduction

Pan roasted fillet of sea bass, smoked salmon ravioli, potatoes dauphinoise, and creamy mornay sauce

Creamy leek, turnip & chestnut pie, char-grilled artichokes, mustard mash, and a warm sweet shallot dressing

 

Desserts

Chocolate & Grand Marnier terrine, sour cherry compote

Sticky toffee pudding, vanilla bean ice-cream, butterscotch sauce
